A halloweeny skirt for dance.

I have seen some really cute skirts out lately with a Halloween theme and really wanted to make one for Kate. Well when jo-Ann's had their 50% off red tag fabrics I found the perfect Halloween fabric to make for Kate. So I searched for a fun tutorial that fit the idea in my head (because I of course had no plan of how to make it). I found one from Happy Together. I made a few alterations and it definitely didn't turn out perfect but it was still a big hit with the girls at dance class big and small. Here is a picture of it.
